The Olympic Torch will pass through Blackpool over the weekend 22-24 Jun 2012.

Just been informed that there is to be a concert on the new Tower Headland in Blackpool on 24 June to coincide with the olympic torch going through Blackpool, Acts include The Wanted and McFly.  Tickets go on sale on Fri.  Probably through ticket master.

A quick heads up for an upcoming show at The Opera House, Winter Gardens as part of Armed Forces Week! Music for Heroes takes place at The Opera House on Monday June 20^th at 7.30pm.

The show has gathered pace over the years and has fast become one of the highlights of Armed Forces Week and is once again free admission to any member of the forces (past and present) and their families too! This year’s show features the legendary Joe Longthorne, the Heavy Cavalry Band, Johnnie Casson, Tony Martin and many more!
